TOWN OF WALLKILL – A 23-year-old Town of Wallkill resident has been arrested in connection with an assault that occurred last Friday evening.
The incident occurred at 755 Route 17M where the victim sustained a laceration to his left forearm.
He was transported to Garnet Health Medical Center in Wallkill for treatment.
Wallkill Town Police investigated and arrested Devin Soto on charges of armed assault, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing.
Soto was remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
