NEW CITY – A Rockland County Court jury has convicted a Spring Valley man for murder for stabbing another man in the throat with a kitchen knife outside a bar in Spring Valley.
The killing of 54-year-old Luis Pinduisaca-Villa took place just before 1 a.m. on December 29, 2022. Oscar Garcia-Garcia was arrested later that day.
He faces 25 years to life in prison when sentenced in June, said District Attorney Thomas Walsh, II.
