My first time to see them cooking this cake. it's called Nom-Chong-kers (chopstick rice cake). It made from rice flour, coconut, palm sugar, sesame. They need to make it like a chopstick and make around 40 chopsticks, then start frying. The price for 1 bag around 15 cakes = 5000riel (US$ 1.25). I tried it, it's really firm but can chew and smell so good (the smell of sesame & sugar-palm).
