Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient self-improvement practice for a healthy mind and body. It was introduced to the public in 1992 by Mr. Li Hongzhi, who—in keeping with Asian tradition—is known respectfully as Master Li. Falun Dafa consists of five sets of meditative exercises and a system of teachings that centre on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance.
