Roast 
Sesame seeds 1 tsp 
Cool down 
Transfer to Jar 
Make fine powder 
Set aside 
Oil 1/2 tsp 
Ridge gourd peel 
Green chilli 4-5 
Tomato 1 chopped 
Mix it well 
Cook on low flame 
3-4 min 
Turmeric pow 1/2 tsp 
Curry leaves 
Coriander leaves 
Garlic 3-4 
Tamarind pulp 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Saute well 
Transfer to Jar 
Grind in to coarse paste 
Transfer to bowl 
Tadka 
Oil 1 tsp 
Mustard seeds 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
Chana dal , urad dal 
Red chilli dry 
Curry leaves 
Asafoetida 1 pinch 
Add to paste 
Mix well 
Beerakaya thokku ready
