dark or milk chocolate, cream chocolate 125 gr
corn flakes 75g
oatmeal 110g
raw sesame seeds 31 g
raisins, dried mulberries, pumpkin seeds
cashews and walnuts total 100 g
dried black and yellow apricots 80 g
dried black plums 50 g
dried figs 75 g
tahini and grape molasses total 140 grams
small cocopops 40g
The energy bar crumbs we made before are 120 gr
1 spoon of ground cinnamon

I chop dried fruits
Adding oatmeal and corn flakes to the blender
walnuts cashew hazelnuts pumpkin seeds and dried mulberries
I grind the ingredients in the mixer
I add ingredients to the pan
  Sesame
I mix some ingredients and roast them over the fire.

I will add mixed types of chocolate
First I soften the chocolates in the microwave.
I add some croquants and cocopops grains.
intense molasses and some tahini
After adding the chocolates, I mix it well.
I press it a little with a steel crushing tool
Now it needs to wait in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Now we can cut it and taste it
