The new Franklin Square PATCO station opens April 3. The original was built in the 1930s but shuttered in 1979 because of disuse. Franklin Square becomes the 14th stop on the PATCO line that connects Southern New Jersey with Philadelphia. WHYY Arts and Culture Reporter Peter Crimmins takes a preview tour with PATCO General Manager John Rink.
