茶緣創辦人、茶醫吳志忠談「茶之道」。茶緣是茶的品牌。
茶是什麼？
- 茶是保健養生佳品，在唐代以前，茶都是藥物，因為古代的茶都很純淨，所以藥用價值很好
- 在文化的層面，茶是歷史活百科，是中國傳統文化謙謙君子一樣的代言人
- 茶是最受歡迎的生活方式，沒有任何文化種族宗教的各種間隔，受天地人神各種文化所喜歡
- 茶又是修身養性的生活禮儀，是引領我們身心健康、走回傳統的一個最有經驗的引路人
茶緣的「緣」是緣分的緣。茶緣茶的特點：
- 源自中國福建武夷山脈的野生茶園，不用任何農藥化肥除草劑
- 茶緣獨立製作了中國的六大茶類——白茶、綠茶、黃茶、烏龍茶、紅茶和黑茶
- 茶緣茶以固態酵素方法製作，保留了人體所需的所有營養，如微量元素、胺基酸、益生菌、- - 酵素和維生素等
吳志忠先生還寫了一首詩，題目就叫《茶緣》。

Timothy Wu, founder of Cha Yuan，talks about “the way of tea”. Cha Yuan is a tea brand and Yuan means “affinity and relationship from forelife”.
What is tea?
- Tea is very beneficial for our health. Before the Tang Dynasty, tea was medicine. Because in ancient times, tea was very pure.
- At the cultural level, tea has witnessed the most complete human narrative and is a living encyclopaedia. It plays an important role in traditional Chinese culture as a humble spokesperson.
- Tea has become the most popular way of life. Tea has no cultural, racial or religious biases. Such a lifestyle is loved by all beings in heaven and earth.
- Tea has also become an unpretentious implement for self-cultivation and etiquette. It guides us to physical and mental health and back to tradition.
Characteristics of Cha Yuan Tea:
- Cha Yuan Tea originates from wild tea plantation in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, China；no pesticides, fertilisers or herbicides are used
- Cha Yuan respects the living qualities of the tea. This is the way to make it. So that it retains all nutrients our body needs, such as trace elements, Amino acids, probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, etc.
- Additionally Cha Yuan independently produces China's six major tea categories - white tea, green tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea and dark tea.
Timothy Wu also wrote a poem titled "Tea Affinity".
Tea Affinity
