Victoria White Talks About Being Beaten at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6

Victoria White said she has PTSD from the beating she took in the Lower West Terrace tunnel on Jan. 6, 2021. Prosecutors have identified the main culprit as Commander Jason Bagshaw, 45, of the Metropolitan Police Department.
