How to make a delicious vegetable pie with sour cream and cheese filling in the oven? 🤔 This is a very tasty hearty shortbread pie with a tender and juicy filling. 😋

INGREDIENTS:
    For dough:
- flour - 200 g
- soft butter - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 pinch
    For filling:
- onion - 1 pc
- bell pepper - 1 pc 
- eggplant - 1 pc.
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - for frying
    For filling:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 200 ml
- cheese - 100 gr
- black pepper - to taste

I used a springform pan with a diameter of 22 cm.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Before cutting the finished cake, it must be cooled.
