On Thanksgiving Day 2021, friends from Changle, Fujian gathered to enjoy authentic local Fujian countryside dishes. They met at the organic farm near Changdao Exit 72, where they saw Lusen again. The authentic Changle countryside dishes were even better than the New Year's Eve feast. A wonderful memory: roasted duck, taro, tea mushrooms, and rice noodles; mutton, radish, and red date winter nourishing soup; extremely delicious.
