INGREDIENTS for 8 cups:
• FOR THE WHIPPED COFFEE
Instant Coffee: 10 g (2 tsp)
Sugar: 90 g (7 1/2 tbsp)
Cold Water: 180 g (3/4 cup)
• FOR GARNISH
Instant Coffee: as needed
Coffee Beans: as needed

PROCEDURE:
To prepare the whipped coffee, start by pouring the sugar, instant coffee, and cold water into a large bowl. Keep in mind that the cream will increase significantly in volume once whipped.
Begin mixing with an electric mixer, initially at low speed to prevent splattering. Then, increase the speed, and within a few minutes, the cream will start to expand. Once it becomes light in color and very frothy, you can turn off the mixer. This process should take about 10 minutes.
The cream should be very frothy; when you scoop some with a spoon and turn it upside down, it should not slide off. Transfer the cream into small glasses, garnish with powdered coffee and coffee beans before serving.
