President Joe Biden arrives in San Francisco ahead of his meeting with China's Xi Jinping and to attend a summit of Asia Pacific leaders. 

According to a U.S. official, Biden and Xi are expected to announce an agreement that would restore talks under what's known as the Military Maritime Consultative Agreement. (AP)
