Keto Peanut Brittle Sugar Free Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Roasted & Salted Peanuts
- 2 ounces of Butter
- 3 ounces of Swerve
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
Directions:
- Put the peanuts on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread them evenly.
- In a small pan over medium-high heat, combine the butter, Swerve, and vanilla essence.
- Cook the mixture until it reaches the caramel stage. Note that undercooking the caramel will leave your brittle grainy.
- Cover the peanuts with the caramel and allow them to sit for 30 to 50 minutes to totally cool.
- Break the cooled brittle into pieces and serve.
