  • 1 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup / 240 ml / 8 fl oz orange juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, can sub for honey or agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Add liquids. Start by pouring the orange juice and maple syrup into your blender. Give it a quick pulse to combine the ingredients.
  2. Add frozen fruit. The next step is to put the frozen strawberries, pineapple pieces, and mango chunks in the blender.
