Ingredients
- 1 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen strawberries
- 1 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup / 240 ml / 8 fl oz orange juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, can sub for honey or agave syrup)
Instructions
- Add liquids. Start by pouring the orange juice and maple syrup into your blender. Give it a quick pulse to combine the ingredients.
- Add frozen fruit. The next step is to put the frozen strawberries, pineapple pieces, and mango chunks in the blender.
