NEW YORK – Metro-North Railroad has a new president, Justin Vonashek.
He replaces Kathy Rinaldi.
Vonashek’s goals are to continue improvements on all of Metro-North’s lines.
“Starting today, my goal is straight forward, to keep improving the experience for our customers. We will build on our progress prioritizing safety, enhancing service reliability and reducing travel times,” he said. “While commuting patterns might be evolving, our mission remains the same, provide safe and reliable service.”
Vonashek noted that on-time performance on all of Metro-North’s rail lines continue to improve.
