Devin Booker Shines with 41 Points as Suns Edge Bulls 127-121

The Phoenix Suns secured a crucial 127-121 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, fueled by Devin Booker’s dominant 41-point performance, including a game-changing 20 points in the fourth quarter.

Kevin Durant contributed 26 points and eight assists, while Nick Richards added 18 points, nine rebounds, and three blocks, helping the Suns notch their third win in four games. On the other side, Coby White and Nikola Vucevic led the Bulls with 24 points each, and Josh Giddey chipped in with 22.

Booker’s Fourth-Quarter Brilliance Seals the Win

Booker delivered a masterclass in clutch scoring, shooting 7-for-11 from the field, including 3-for-4 from beyond the arc, and going a perfect 3-for-3 from the free-throw line in the final period. Despite holding an 18-point lead early in the fourth, Phoenix found itself in a tight battle when White’s late three-pointer trimmed the gap to 121-117 with just 27 seconds left. However, Booker responded with a driving layup and three clutch free throws to put the game out of reach.

Playoff Race Heats Up for Suns and Bulls

With this victory, the Suns climbed into 10th place in the Western Conference, securing a spot in the play-in tournament for now. This boost comes at a critical time, as their next three games are against top Eastern Conference contenders—Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Boston.

For the Bulls, the loss marked only their second defeat in seven games, but it dropped them to ninth in the East. Coby White continued his impressive form, scoring 20 or more points for the 10th consecutive game.

The Suns’ victory marked their first back-to-back wins since January. Their dominance at the free-throw line (18 makes compared to just eight for Chicago) and a staggering 26-9 advantage in second-chance points proved to be the difference-makers. Phoenix also extended its dominance over Chicago, winning their 11th consecutive matchup.
