Sign up for an account
Before we can create posts, we first need to create an account. Gan Jing World offers two ways to sign up; you can either register using email or by connecting any of the three accounts below: Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Email Sign Up
Click the “Sign Up Now” button depicted in the picture above; if you're on the website’s homepage, please find and click the “Sign Up” button on the upper left corner.
After clicking, you will be redirected to the page shown below, please follow the instructions on the screen and fill out the required info. When done, read and check off the agreement depicted in the red box below and click “Next”.
After clicking “Next”, you will receive a 5-digit verification code, please type in the verification code and click “Sign Up”. (Please note that the verification code will expire in 30 minutes, and you’ll need to click “Resend” to request a new one if needed. If you did not see the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder before requesting a new one.)
After successfully signing up, you will be directed to the website homepage, and on the upper left corner, you can see your name and avatar.
Google, Facebook, Apple Account Sign Up
If you’re using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account to sign up, please choose one of the sign up types depicted in the picture above. Depending on the type you select, one of the following windows will pop-up, follow the instructions on the pop-up to sign in.

After completing this step, you will be taken to the website’s homepage, and in the upper left corner, you can see your name and avatar. The avatar should be the same image you had for your Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Personal Profile Settings
Click your avatar on the upper left corner, and in the dropdown menu, select “Visit My Profile” (in blue) to enter your personal profile page.
This is your personal profile page, you can edit your profile info, including banner, avatar, name, and description. After editing, don’t forget to click “Save”.
Creating a Post
Click the box that says “What’s on your mind?” to create a post. Posts can include text, emoji, stickers, and images. You also choose who can see your post on the upper right corner. Click “Post” when you’re ready to publish your content.
After publishing your post, it will automatically appear in your feed, the newest on top. The image you used in your post will also be automatically added to your album, you can see it on the right hand side here; to view all images, click “Album”
Please note that the “Album” will remain hidden (unseen) until you have created a post containing images.
All posts can be edited or deleted after publishing, just click the hamburger menu as shown below.
