The technique is extremely simple: soak the lentils, grind all the dough components in a blender, pour into a mold or divide the dough into pieces and bake. If you refine lentil bread with cheese, olives or nuts, for example, it easily becomes a delicious snack cake. This bread is suitable for those who exclude gluten-containing foods from their diet and for everyone who is trying to eat right.

INGREDIENTS:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ 160 g dry lentils.
☑️ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I used olive oil).
☑️ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
☑️ Salt to taste.
☑️ 20 grams of psyllium (plantain).
☑️ 50 ml of water.
☑️ 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
Bake in a preheated oven at an average temperature of 180 * C in "convection mode". Bake for 25 minutes.
