Green chicken Biryani Recipe / Hariyali Chicken Biryani 🌿#shorts

Ingredients:
Take a Jar 
Green chilli 5-6 
Coriander leaves handful 
Mint leaves handful 
Curry leaves few 
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp 
Curd 3 tbsp 
Salt 1 tsp 
Grind into a paste 
Add chicken 1 kg in a bowl 
Add ground green paste 
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 
Salt 1/2 tap 
Lemon juice
Mix well 
Marinate overnight / 2 hrs 
Take basmati rice 4 cups 
Wash & soak 30 min 
Heat a Kadai 
Ghee 1 tsp , Oil 2 tsp 
Whole spices 
Onion sliced 2 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 
Saute unyil colour change onion 
Red chilli powder 1 tsp 
Biryani masala 1 tsp 
Garam masala 1/2 tsp 
Salt little 
Saute 
Add marinated chicken 
Mix it well 
Cook 5 min
Chicken leaves water 
Add soaked basmathi 
Mix it / add water 6&1/2 cup 
Add coriander leaves 
Gently mix it 
Cook on low flame for 10 min 
Green chicken biryani ready
