The Charlotte Chess Center, founded in March of 2014, serves as a place where members of all ages and skill levels can congregate and enjoy the royal game of chess.
The CCC serves as an educational hub for chess in the Charlotte area by offering camps,
lectures, and a number of other special events year-round. Some of these events include weekly rated games, weekend tournaments, and classes hosted by our resident masters.
Ultimately, the CCC has the goal of expanding chess globally, and it is currently looking for partnerships with local and national educational programs in pursuit of that goal.
