Pure Heart, Clear Mind was created in 2005 to introduce the high-level self-cultivation practice of Falun Dafa (a.k.a. Falun Gong) to its viewers. Falun Dafa or Falun Gong is often described as a “high-level qigong practice.” However, "spiritual self-cultivation" is perhaps a more comprehensive description. There is a broad range of cultivation practices in the world today. Many of these focus on self-improvement on a practical, social level - cultivating only body and mind. But not all of them enter the deeper realm of spirituality. So in 2024 we expanded our mission to cover various aspects of cultivating body, mind and spirit.
All our videos and stories are created based on the author's level of understanding and experience. They should not be taken as teaching Falun Dafa.
